Good Evening Parents,
We have many exciting activities going on this week.
Tomorrow we will be visiting Countries around the world (other kindergarten
classrooms) to learn about their Holiday traditions. Be on time because by
8:25, we will be in route to our first destination. Also, our wrapped book for our class book exchange is due
tomorrow.
**Please write the following on the wrapped gift before
sending it to school:

From: your child’s
name
We will be having a Lock Down Drill in the morning. We
will go over the procedures before the lock down occurs. We have done Lock Down
drills in the past, so it should be very quick. As a school, we are doing
everything possible to insure your child’s safety.
**Also be expected to wear a visitor’s pass every time
you visit the school from this point on. The passes will be given to you when
you sign in, and you will be expected to give it back when you sign out.
On Wednesday, we will have our class
celebration and exchange our books. Please send in all foods items that morning.
Thursday is pajama day, so please make sure to come
dressed in their PJ’S. We will still be having specials, so your child must
wear tennis shoes/sneakers. NO slippers !! If you volunteered to send in
something for movie day, please send it Thursday morning, or drop it off at the
front desk.
Friday is our 1st day of
winter break. Have a safe holiday break, and I’ll see you on January 8th,
2013.
