Field Trip Information
We will be going to pick apples at Mercier Apple Orchard on Thursday October 25th. The cost is $15.00 CASH ONLY. The money and permission slip are due NO later than Monday October 22nd.
A few things to remember:
1.) Students should bring a completely disposable lunch, as we will be having a picnic at the orchard. (If students have already ordered lunch for that day, they will be provided a sack lunch from the Dining Hall.)
2.) Our class (Field Trip) shirts will be here before the field trip. Your child should wear their shirt with jeans and shoes that can get dirty.
3.) We are allowed to have 5 chaperones along with us on the trip. Chaperones will not be allowed to ride the bus with the children, so you will have to drive or carpool. If you are interested in being a chaperone, let me know ASAP. The spaces are on a first come first serve bases.
**Chaperones cannot leave the Orchards with their child. All students MUST return to school on the bus with their teacher, and then be checked out to go home.**
**Siblings are NOT ALLOWED to attend field trip. Please refer to your student handbook for more information.**
**Chaperones must be signed in as a volunteer at the school before leaving for the Orchards.**
